Alessio Marchetti (“Jay-x”) is a DJ and original producer from Rome, Italy. He started off DJing on dance radio back in 1992, at the time spinning more of a house-oriented sound. From there, he branched out to experiment with developing new sounds and recording techniques, eventually gravitating toward more of a techno groove (here’s a recent DJ set he put together for “Techno Live Sets”).
At the moment, he’s focusing on ramping up his own record label, Yatagan Records.
