“We Dance” is Linney’s first EP, bringing together some of her most recent releases. An amazing, and astonishing artist who has worked with various producers around the world. But this album is unique, where it connects to her journey: life, memories, and what inspires her lyrics to create something wonderful. A story with ups, and downs, but also healing, breaking through obstacles, mending, growing, and evolving.

1) We Dance

The newest release, that opens up this amazing album. Two people, one wants to move on, have closure, the other doesn’t want to fight any more. There is a unique layer to this song, is it a break up song? But it also deals with tears, and maybe even a few raised voices when unable to communicate. A difficult experience, but somehow make it through those times, and try to move on.

4) Together

A song that was written during the pandemic. It was a time when we all felt alone, sometimes separated from our loved ones. Especially those we have lost along the way. But always hold close their love in our hearts. A melodic, and beautiful song that comes from the heart.

A different rendition of this amazing song. Giving that vibe its late, but you want to keep dancing the night away. Maybe with someone special, your partner or someone new. It gives an uplifted, healing vibe, connected to the original song, but it compliments as well. You close your eyes, and get lost in the sound, plus the energy all around you.
6) Daisies (Koffee and Kandee Remix)

An awesome remix of this incredible song. A remix that makes you want to raise your hands in the air, and sing along. Where the energy just fades, and it is you with someone special, or by yourself lost to the beat.
7) Together (Chill Mix)

A laid back version of this amazing song. A slowed down version, with vocals. More of an echo, where it feels like a dream state but you are waking up, reaching out but everything feels so far away.

The original version of this amazing opening song. “We Dance” feels different each time you listen, the first time it may focus on the melody, but the second time those lyrics resonate and connect with you on another level. This song is beautiful, heartfelt, heartbreaking, and powerful all at once.
“We Dance” is an incredible album, a page from Linney’s life, heart, and soul. Each song feels like a warm embrace you have not had in a long time, that feeling it stays with you. You close your eyes, it resonates, draws you in, irresistible, but also feels like it is unreachable, far away.
