We’re proud and elated to bring to you Part 1 of Pineapple Digital’s Special 5th Year Anniversary compilation. It’s been an intense journey for Pineapple Digital, and we want to thank all of you for being a part of the experience. Our very own label director, Dave Pineda is back and brings to us a fantastical selection of gorgeous tunes curated in Toronto, and he made the continuous dj mix as an exclusive bonus to the release upon purchasing the complete compilation.
This anniversary release contains many new debuts! With it, we welcome Sunset Moments, Allete and mis.kita, and Nanaon to the Pineapple family. We’re happy to have them in our house, as they bring with them some blissful tunes.
The stage is set up with Tokyo Trend Factory’s “Alone” as an awesome opener in Dave’s mix, and grows into some deep hair raising tracks from Dark Matter, and Tyler Schauman. Things start to pick up with the euphoric trumpeting of Desaicrator’s “The Reclaimer”.
Sunset Moments arpeggiated starlight complete with a suave progressive bounce, Allete and mis.kita bring up the heat even more, with their smooth and sexy world premiere 5 years in the waiting. No release would be complete without some unique sounds typical of our very own Pineapple Digital lane.
With Redub, Kelotti, and Arsevty. “Indonesia” transports us to another wild destination, with “Suomi” and “Walk Around” bringing even more incredible diversity to this epic compilation that’s sure to slap on a smile. Lastly, Nanaon graces us with “Before Dawn”, a closing track complimentary to such a delightful opener. This one rounds us back off, letting us back down easy, ensuring the aural journey be one of stable and repeated listening.
