NOTES FROM SANDERSON ABOUT THE MIX
I’ve always had a love for constructing playlists. The mixes I’ve done in the last few years have found me fully folding 4 traits into a dj-mix or set. First off it’s pretty much a guarantee you’ll hear something from the 80s or new wave (that’s my childhood right there). Second, a few movie scores because that’s one of my loves from a composing standpoint. A strong contingent of tracks from Stasis Recordings (the label I manage) or from our close roster when they release on other imprints because it’s all about supporting the crew and family; and last but not least, at least a few of my favourite vinyl tunes I use to play at gigs.

The title Room Temperature is about not being too hot or too cold. A person can interpret that in whatever context they choose to use it for this mix: transition from home stereo to loud sound system, ambient to beats, or slower tempo to more upbeat.
