Future City (Extended Mix) review

Picture a vast soundscape. The stars, atmosphere, shapes, sounds, and energy beyond what you can see and feel. Future City is one of those tracks that transcends our two feet on the ground. When you look up, that feeling, and emotion, vast expanse of the unknown, this track touches on so many feels. It’s when you free your mind, the song just takes over, and your mind is free for those few minutes.

The uplift, and rush of the melody is incredible. The build up, and disperse feels like how a creature takes flight. It’s free, moving about, it’s wings within rhythm. Not a simple song, it has a vast opening, as if the sun and moon exchanging light and dark. The melody flows like water, and expands to a vast beat throughout, it is dreamlike and mesmerizing.

The collaboration of Thomas Nikki and Derek Palmer is phenomenal. It has an old school energy, reminiscent of early Ferry, Tiesto, BT, and more. The vibe it carries has a heart all its own, and it’s amazing.

So close your eyes, and let it take you away. A definite must buy for your music library
