Premise of the game: Denshattack is about the lifestyle of driving a train with skill. In the world of Denshattack, it takes place in a future that could happen, where the islands of Japan become uninhabitable, and many live inside of a dome. But few folks live outside of those domes, doing their best to get by. Emi is one of those train enthusiasts, but she is not alone, there are many more out there beyond the domes. On every island, there are other train owners, some that will fight for their reputation. Denshattack is a way of life, art, and expression.
Denshattack is a unique game, where its visuals contain a manga style pop art, with a mix of cel-shading, and anime like format of storytelling. Plus the game is inspired by numerous titles: Jet Set Radio, Sonic the Hedgehog, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, and many more. But the most important feature of a videogame is not just its visual expression, but also its music. Within the Denshattack soundtrack it contains vibes, from numerous genres, and amazing artists throughout. The soundtrack is also inspired by daily life, as many of the themes within the music is life, art, nature, and a balance of all things.
The coolest part about this game’s soundtrack is the amount of talent featured in the OST. Hosting a range of artists from around the world, plus collabs with some incredible talents. Denshattack taps into creativity, freedom, joy, happiness, growth, challenges, and finding who you are.
