ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: RYOOOH!

RYOOOH!’s Biography:

Organizer and DJ, started his DJ career in 2006.
He made his debut at Build in Kumamoto, and then made his career at ZOOM on the 6th floor of the now ruins Bacchus building in Tenjin.

When All Mix and EDM became popular, he realized that he was doing something completely different from what he wanted to do, and stopped DJing for a while.

In 2018, he restarted as a DJ focusing only on what he wanted to do,
I want to express myself by incorporating various genres such as Progressive, Techno, Uplifting Trance, Psytrance, etc. within the general framework of Trance.

In 2019, he will start organizing [CONNECT], [Music Discovery], [TRANSONIC], [Trance Advance], and other events in Fukuoka.
He is also making efforts to spread “Trance” in Fukuoka from various angles while organizing “Trance Advance” and other distribution parties in Fukuoka.

オーガナイザー兼DJ。2006年よりDJ活動を開始。
熊本のBuildでデビューを果たし、今は無き天神バッカス館6階のZOOMでキャリアを積む。

All MixやEDMが流行り出したころ、自分のやりたいこととは全く違う活動をしてることに気付き、1度DJ活動を停止。

2018年より、自分のやりたいことのみに絞ったDJとしてリスタートした。Tranceという大枠の中でProgressive,Techno,Uplifting Trance,Psytranceなど様々なジャンルを取入れて表現していきたいと考えている。

2019年にはオーガナイザー活動を開始し、福岡で[CONNECT] [Music Discovery] [TRANSONIC] [Trance Advance] その他配信パーティなどを主催しつつ、様々な角度から福岡での[Trance]の普及活動に尽力している。現在身近な地域密着型のパーティを模索中。

8/7(日)、 福岡セレクタにて【TRANCE EVANGELIST】(トランスエヴァンジェリスト)を２フロアスタイルで開催決定!
3Fではクラシカルなトランスを中心にコンセプト”当時楽しんだ感動を再現”ということで限定”80人”。
Special GuestにはTOKYO RAVE創始者、DJ NeO a.k.a.SPRIGGANを招致。
一方4Fでは現在勢いのあるTranceレーベル作品をピックアップした内容。その他ボカトラや東方ミュージックと、こちらも内容が盛りだくさん。
また、今回はデイイベントとなっており、日曜日のお昼からこれほど盛りだくさんのイベントもなかなか見当たらないでしょう。
