Simon Mills, aka “Napoleon,” hails from the UK. He was formerly one half of the electronic duo Bent, and is now pursuing the vigorous and ambitious solo course of releasing a four-track EP every month this year!
His sound is actually a bit difficult to describe, but is quite chilled and contains elements of soul, disco, “old-school house,” combined in his own original fashion.
