Announcing the winner of The Dance Division’s latest Remix Competition!
BACKSTORY:
Label Radar, Artists & Relations, and Swedish label THE DANCE DIVISION announced a worldwide competition among 15,000 DJs and producers for the best remix of “GOSPEL FREAKS,” by Australian artist, Pragmatico.
After much active listening, pondering, and sometimes painful deliberation by Pragmatico and The Dance Division, we are proud to announce that the winner of the Gospel Freaks Remix Competition is the Russian-born, Serbia-based dynamo, Menshee.
With a unique blend of melodic and tech house, executed with spirit and cinematic precision, Menshee’s mix was a clear standout.
Pragmatico mused, “From the opening bars of Menshee’s reimagining of Gospel Freaks, I knew that it had something special. And it grew on me more and more with every listen.”

That collective fire has burned so brightly that The Dance Division plans to release an EP of some of the remarkable remixes that just missed out on the top spot in the coming weeks.
But let’s not take this moment away from our man Menshee, who has had multiple releases on legendary labels Spinnin, Hexagon, Zero Cool & Souve Records, to name a few. Pragmatico cannot overstate how excited he is about sharing this release with all of you.
