Lorna James is an award-winning composer, producer and pianist who writes house, classical and ambient music intended to raise the frequency of the listener. Her debut ambient/ethereal female vocal album ‘Stratosphere’ was released in March 2024 to critical acclaim. Her melodic and deep house tracks have a distinctive signature sound; complex piano arpeggios, dreamy pads and vintage drum fills. She is currently working on her first house music album, ‘The Right to be Forgotten’, which is due for release in the Autumn, the first four singles from which have been featured on BBC Introducing. Her house tracks have received huge support from club and festival DJs all over the world such as Lost Frequencies, Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Daniele Davoli (Black Box), Chris Lake, Damian Wilson, Andi Durrant, Vanilla Ace and Don Diablo.
