Napoleon on a Mission - A Tale from '84
Simon Mills, aka "Napoleon" hails from the UK. He was formerly one half of the electronic duo Bent, and is now pursuing the vigorous and ambitious solo course of releasing a four-track EP every month this year!

His sound is actually a bit difficult to describe, but is quite chilled and contains elements of soul, disco, "old-school house," combined in his own original fashion.
