The newest tune, that has had quite a journey. As an artist, and songwriter, a song is a part of that individual which connects to their fans, and listeners. That heartbeat, it has something to say and deserves to be heard. This is one of those songs that fought its way to be there.
“HALO” Produced by Linney, and Danni Bouchard is a song filled with a catchy melody, and beat, but its vibe within the lyrics and vocals presents unique imagery. From the sight of an angel, that may not be what they seem. As an angel, a HALO represents their journey, existence, and meaning. For a devil, usually it is horns, dark wings, or other imagery. To see something so beautiful yet it also has darkness too.
Within “HALO” from the opening, and the vocals cascade like wings rising, and you feel this intense and beautiful energy wrap around you. There is something powerful, including its lyrics, right away you nod your head and realize something. There is a balance, of light and darkness cascading all around, with the lyrics near the end “make me holy”. A second chance, rebirth? Finding who you are but also fighting for it. To be accepted, as you truly are, that is the journey and battle to overcome.
